All Hair Treatments/Extensions and Haircare products are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. We do not provide free hair touch ups after service was rendered. MASTERCLASSES ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS.
Homecare after salon service is solely your responsibility to follow and we are not responsible for hair maintenance results once you leave the salon. We do provide step by step instructions advice for aftercare.

For all cancellations or reschedules made LESS THAN 24 HOURS your 30% deposit will be FORFEITED.*NO EXCEPTIONS*
If you would like to book another appointment you will have to book NEW appointment & pay NEW deposit if you reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours. If you are unable to pay the deposit or reschedule online, please contact us at 4169040777 or email info@haircarepro.ca
If cancellations are made prior 24 hours deposit is transferable to another date ONCE and you are able to rebook appointment ONLINE.

We DO NOT accept any reschedules or cancellations on social media, Whats app or via text messages. 

If you are LATE for your appointment more than 10 min, $20 charge per every 20 min will apply.
If you are late more than 30 min we cannot guarantee the availability for the same day & deposit will be forfeited.
Due to salon safety requirements, all visitors other than the primary client *MUST* be cleared with salon.
